At Velmora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong product
The product is significantly different from what was described on our website

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, washed, or altered
Intimate or personal care products
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Products without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at support@velmora.in or WhatsApp at +91 9XXXXXXXXX
Provide your order number and reason for return along with photos of the product
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
If approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
You will receive an email or SMS notification once your refund is processed

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
For cancellations after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days
