My gym bestie and I are both wearing a size Small.Different body shapes but same goal!I bought mine small, so I can see my results and focus much better.This day alone about 6 females requested the info!Worth every dollar. It works so well I suggest buying 1 size smaller to conserve your money. It works that great!
This waist trainer and sweet sweat gel, chefs kiss, I go on a walk when I take it off I’m leaking sweat on my mid section. I hate the little dots it leaves all over my belly when I remove it but it goes away with time.
Fits snug but works great
Had this for over a year now. It was great. However after 6 months the Velcros started to loosen and wouldn’t stick as well. I wore it under my clothing so the pants kept it snug. One thing I didn’t like was the velcro side was wider so when wrapped around, the corner would either stick out on that bottom or on the top, scratching my skins. I would have to scrunch it in the middle so the ends will be on the band, it left a raised gap in the middle.I would like to see this made for those with shorter torsos. Like a 7” width and make the velcro end shorter than the width of the shortest part of the band so it won’t hang over and irritate the skin
