At Velmora, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including:

  • All major cities and metros
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural areas (delivery times may vary)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. There is no minimum order value required. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden charges.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • COD orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order placement
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 4-6 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS and email
  • A link to track your order in real-time

You can also contact us with your order number for shipping updates.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on all orders across India
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
  • Our delivery partner will collect the payment at your doorstep

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • Our shipping partner will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts
  • You will be contacted via phone/SMS before each attempt
  • If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us
  • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged
  • If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
